Processing Time
All Ready to ship orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing. Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.
U.S. Shipping
- Free shipping within the United States on all statues
- Other items ship via standard carrier rates calculated at checkout
- Tracking information will be provided once your order ships
International Shipping
- International shipping is available for select items
- Large items, including statues, ship internationally at a flat rate of $50 USD
- Actual shipping costs may exceed this amount; we absorb a portion of the cost
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country
Small & Lightweight Items
- Shipping costs for smaller items are calculated at checkout based on destination, size, and weight
- Combined shipping may apply when multiple items are purchased
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.
